Logging in
At spud! logging in is easy.

Go to spud.com. Enter your email address and the Password you used with Organic Express. Click the link below if you've misplaced your password.

Checking Your Account
Easy, quick and always secure, Your Account is where you can update your personal information, view invoices, request a refund, suspend deliveries, and adjust your payment options.

We suggest that this be part of your first visit to spud.com, just to make sure all our ducks are in a row. Login, click on Your Account in the top left hand corner and update as you like.

Your produce box: Certified organic, local and ready to go
Fresh Harvest Box Preferences We’ve transferred your produce likes and dislikes to your new Fresh Harvest Box. Take a walk-through to make sure your list is just the way you like it. To view and edit your Fresh Harvest Box, login,
  1. Choose the Go Shopping tab
  2. Click on Fresh Produce
  3. Next, click on Fresh Harvest Box Preferences On this page you'll be able to choose the value of your Fresh Harvest Box. You can even select a local Fresh Harvest Box, with produce grown within 500 miles. Indicate whether you'd like your box every week or every other week.
  4. Then, rate each produce item on a 5 point scale from Always to Never.
  5. REMEMBER to Update Preferences before you leave this page.
The produce items in you bin will be based on these preferences and the value you have chosen for your box.


add items to standing order Your grocery and household items
Adding items to your standing order is easy, just click on the Add to standing order link below the quantity box for each product. Once a week? Every other week? Once a month? At spud! we work on a 4-week rotation. In the pop-up select Customize and then choose the quantity and the week you want it delivered.

Are you shopping for just this week? Instead of adding an item to your standing order you can simply adjust the quantity for the item, then Update and it will be added to Your Cart for your upcoming delivery.
Editing your Standing Order

  1. You can edit your standing order as you shop. Click the Edit standing orderlink below the quantity box for the item.
  2. Or, go to the Standing Order tab and edit items there. View by Product and change the quantities as you like. Remember to Update.
You can adjust your order as many times as you like. All adjustments need to be completed by the deadlines for that delivery. See the website for details on ordering deadlines for your zip code. Remember to Submit any changes you make to your order, and then look for your Confirmation Email.
